WORKSHOPS
I offer a variety of workshops in three main categories and in collaboration with others who complement and add to what I have to offer.
Since 2010 I have been offering Finding Your Own Voice, the first in a series of Creativity and Mindfulness workshops I will be inagurating and advertising soon.
For over 25 years I have been facillitation Diversity and Inclusion workshops focusing on a range of issues and topics, from the basics of Cultural Competence to the nuances of privilege. Workshop focus vary and depends on the needs of the organization that requests them. Most diversity and inclusion workshops underscore the importance of developing awareness of one's own cultural lenses and cultural humility and include interactive exercises that engage, inspire, and surprise even the most reluctant participant mandated to attend the classic day-long managing a diverse workforce workshop.
The third category of workshops I offer are Customer Service and Communication workshops for new as well as seasoned leaders and working teams.
