COACHING
A temporary partnership between two individuals where one (the coach) holds space for an individual to focus on finding their true voice, purpose and possibilities at a particular moment in time. Coaching is a helpful tool in navigating transitions. It fosters authenticity and growth as individuals bring their full person to bear on the challenges and opportunities that life brings.
Mari's mindfulness coaching is a short term collaboration with an individual seeking to resolve temporary decision-making challenges, to move beyond overcoming specific barriers, or as a visioning, planning and next steps realization tool.
Mari's Coaching for Inclusion (C4i) is specifically geared toward the diversity and inclusion specialist who leads diversity initiatives while having to navigate organizational culture and the challenges of leading culture change.
