COACHING FOR INCLUSION (C4I)
Mari's Coaching for Inclusion (C4i) is specifically geared toward the diversity and inclusion specialist who leads diversity initiatives while having to navigate organizational culture and the challenges of leading culture change.
Seasoned as well as novice diversity officers or other employees can request this offering to infuse their practice with intention, authenticity and mindfulness sometimes difficult to achieve in the context of past mistakes, organizational pace and current and changing needs and demands.
Coaching for Inclusion (C4i) can be arranged also for other key players in the diversity and inclusion team offering practitioners undivided attention as they resolve inner tensions, increase their awareness and empower themselves to move more swiftly from intention to action while strategically engaging their teams and organizations into the complexity of diversity and inclusion.
Investment
Fees for coaching sessions lasting 30 minutes are $140, or $250 for 2 sessions per month. If your are willing and able to work at a fast pace we also offer a package of 4 sessions a month for $500. A minimum of two to three months are recommended to observe results. Initial sessions are 50 minutes long and if possible face to face. Special discounts are always available for organizations working for social justice. Just email me with your request and information about your organization.
