Communication and customer service workshops are tailored to the needs of your organization. I will work with you to address specifically identified challenges or commonly unrecognized communication and customer service problems and the strategies and best practices to avoid them.
Your Investment
Your investment for a full-day workshop is $1,250.00. Additional repeat workshops within a 30-day period are $600 each. This price includes planning, design and facilitation as well as a brief report based on participant responses. This price does not include photo-copying materials, or travel expenses.
